discriminating masterset. #75

Oh, almost forgot. This is really important. :( Only those samples, which are under CC0, should be eligible for inclusion into masterset.

  1. this <div> https://github.com/pixlsus/raw/commit/3433e0824a22796b86ac4defd7dc8acedfd0168e#diff-da3258fe441d3e52200e666eff11a8dcR127 should not be displayed for non-cc0 samples
  2. https://github.com/pixlsus/raw/commit/3433e0824a22796b86ac4defd7dc8acedfd0168e#diff-d5a8c17cf7fd0afc17897f71ea842c5fR19 should also check that sample is cc0, and only then set the flag.

This is really important, because

  1. we would like to eventually fully get rid of non-cc0 samples. if some non-cc0 sample is in masterset, we are stuck.
  2. having single guaranteed license for all the masterset samples is probably helpful.
