Need block/delete user

Need block/delete bad user. Apple need us actively block bad content bad users within 24 hours.

We might also need this to fightback to bad user in a timely manner, once bad user post bad content to our site, it will hurt community a lot.

let's also allow report user.

and make sure we at least has a API end point and send a request to server.

Also report might need another actionsheet to list a few reason: porn, copyright, hate, ...
