Feature Request: Tool tip with a text summary of the stats

In a similar way to other system monitor applets I think it would be beneficial to have some summary stats presented when you hover over e.g. CPU: x % Memory: x / y Swap: x / y Disk: x b/s read, y b/s write Net: x b/s in, y b/s out Temp: x C

Looks good. I've just tried it and I would suggest to that, if possible, you prevent the position of the labels and units from jumping around when the numbers change. Thanks.

Oh, just discovered that when you click to bring up the pop-up, the graph moves but the numbers there no longer update, they seem to just stay at the values when the applet was clicked.
