What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Backup SMS
2. Open Label in Gmail
3. Open SMS thread/conversation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Username is formatted like number@unknown.person (eg.
+385996608751@unknown.person).
This should be (if possible):
- if person in phonebook has email: Firstname Lastname (number) <email>
- if person in phonebook doesn't have email Firstname Lastname (number)
<number@unknown.email>
- if number isn't in phonebook: number <number@unknown.mail>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SMS Backup 1.1.1, Android 2.1 (T-Mobile Pulse, FLB-MOD custom ROM)

Having the same problem on Samsung Fascinate Android 2.1. It sometimes lists
the contact name, but for most other sms texts the contacts are listed as
number@unknown.person.
