no TorchSWE.py ？ #3

i did't see torchSWE.py

If you're referring to TorchSWE.py, it is created automatically after following the installation process in the README. See this line in the installation setup: https://github.com/piyueh/TorchSWE/blob/3faa18d83e24ae0b74966777516458eb1aa6f480/setup.cfg#L53

But I must remind you that this is an old toy project from several years ago. It has not been maintained for more than 3 years. I honestly don't know if it still runs or not now.
