Added Colorful Logs and badge to ReadMe #30

Regarding Issues #18 and #15

To display the Discord badge properly, Widgets in Server needs to be enabled. It works after that.

New Logs: Colorful-Logs

PS: I'm not pushing config.json and googe-sheets.json, Since they're meant to be secret. While testing this PR, Use the correct key and files.
