Verification Command #5

Command sytax: !verify me or !verify @piyushchauhan

[ ] fetch the discord username of the person who sent the message or the user mentions in the message.
[ ] query the discord username from google spreadsheet and get the roll number and real name of the person
[ ] assign the roles according to the roll number
[ ] change the nickname to {discordUserName} - {realName}

My roll number is 1701CS33 then give me a role of Computer Science Engineering(branch) and 🎓'21 (graduation year) Roles will me made by the admin in the server
