Improve the navigation bar #120

Description: Currently, the navigation bar on the website lacks padding around the buttons and overall does not grab the user's attention effectively. To enhance the user experience and improve the visual appeal of the navigation bar, we need to make some adjustments.

Areas for Improvement:

Padding: The buttons in the navigation bar should have adequate padding around them to improve readability and ease of use. Visual Appeal: The navigation bar's design should be enhanced to make it more visually appealing and engaging for users. Consistency: Ensure consistency in styling and alignment of navigation elements across different screen sizes for a cohesive look.

Hello! I'd like to take on the challenge of resolving this issue under GSSOC'24. I have experience in creating responsive websites, including the official website for the 5th International Conference on Machine Learning, Image Processing, Network Security, and Data Sciences. I'll investigate the non-responsiveness of the website and implement the necessary changes to ensure it displays properly across various devices.
