website is not responsive #69

when i switch between desktop and mobile screens the website becomes clumsy and is not responsive according to the screen

If you kindly assign me this issue under GSSoC 2024 i can make the website responsive and hence enhance the user experience

I have experience in creating responsive websites, including the official website for the 5th International Conference on Machine Learning, Image Processing, Network Security, and Data Sciences. I'll investigate the non-responsiveness of the website and implement the necessary changes to ensure it displays properly across various devices.
