BUG: Add Validation to Subscribe Button in Footer. #699

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

What happened?

In footer area the Subscribe button when clicked with invalid email gets subscribe we can add validation to subscribe section in footer so only valid user can subscribe successfully.
