[Bug]: Not Responsive Testimonial #1712

Describe the bug

The Testimonial section is not set properly in mobile view it gets padding as per the desktop

To Reproduce

Go to the Home page.
Scroll down to the testimonial section.
See error the

Expected behavior

There should be low padding as per responsiveness.
