[Bug]: The Navbar at the top should be on Full Screen according to the Resolution #1739

Describe the bug

The Navbar which is at the top is shrinked and not seems good, it should be according to the resolution of the screen and should cover whole webpage .

To Reproduce

  1. Go to Website and the Navbar
  2. Click on Navbar
  3. Scroll down to Navbar at Top
  4. See error

Expected behavior

It should be in the whole webpage horizontally .
