[Bug]: Gear Items Variable height issue #1754

Describe the bug

Height of portfolio items are variables which gives an ugly look. Also the margin between heading 'Gear' and the items is very less

To Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the My gears link in navbar
See the margin and variable height issue of the gear items

Expected behavior

The height should be constant and text should be aligned
