[Bug]: Subscribe button should be center on mobile screens #708

Describe the bug

When using the site on mobile devices the Subscribe button should be at center similar to the Join Discord Button

To Reproduce

Go to https://www.piyushgarg.dev/ using phone
Scroll down to Youtube section
You can see that Subscribe button is not in center

Expected behavior

The button should appear at center of the screen.
