Hi Djipi!
Regarding large textures, cite:
"GlideHQ accepts textures with magnification ratios x1, x2, ..., x(2^n) of the
original size."
It's from koolsmoky's "GUIDE: Proper way to do Hi-Res textures":
http://www.emuxhaven.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6741
Glide API allows to use textures up to 2048x2048. So, if your hi-res texture is
done properly and has x(2^n) of the original size, it should load. If it does
not, you may attach here the problem hires texture, the original N64 texture
and a save state for me to check.
Note: if your texture is a background texture, it may not load as is.
Backgrounds must be split to tiles to be usable by Glide64.

No it's not the same problem. it's not a size problem , it's a plugin load
problem. Glide load 2048*2048 right. But the load problem is on majora's mask
fortress. It's not the same think.
This issues can be close because there is not problem.
