Majora's Mask jugglers' balls in East Clock Town are the wrong color

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to East Clock Town
2. Watch the jugglers' balls

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The balls should be red, yellow, and blue; Glide 64 shows blue and black

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Napalm WX WIP April 3rd 2011, Windows 7 Pro x64
