Game crash #3

every time a cutscene passes the game crashes even with the fix installed

Hey Thanks for the report. Could you upload your crashlog pertaining to this? It should be inside the game folder?

Also could you list your CPU/GPU make and model?

I'm going to look for the crashlog because I uninstalled the game, my cpu is a ryzen 5-3600 and the gpu is an powercolor redragon rx580

I'm getting a similar crash. CPU is a i5-12600K @ 3.70 GHz, GPU is an RTX 3060. I also had a freeze-and-crash a few seconds after picking up the Blizzard book at the start of chapter 6, but that didn't generate a crash log. I couldn't reproduce it, either.
