Turok - Dinosaur Hunter does not work with default setting Prevent Buffer Overuns and needs to be disabled to load. Maybe this needs to be a per game setting so it can be changed from default if / when required?

This has now been addressed by setting Prevent Buffer Overuns off by default and introducing a per rom setting basis for options.
