After more testing, I was able to sometimes boot the game with both Jabo's 1.6 Plus and Jabo's 1.7 using the 3DAnalyzer method, textures were correctly fixed, other times while booting up, the emulator would crash.
Jabo's Direct Audio 1.6 Plus plugin is extremely unstable towards this method, causing the game to crash by input, using Azimer's worked perfectly and the game didn't crash anymore.

And how about the Project64 1.6 Fix Version in the Original 1.6 Folder?

A very common issue with all of Jabo's Direct versions is that it couldn't display specific textures (as an example, shadows in Super Mario 64, or the holes that took you to secret caves in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time) with old Intel video cards.
The easiest way to fix it in the original Project64 1.6 was using 3DAnalyze, by selecting the emulator and activating "Force 24 bit zbuffer (without stencil)".
Doing this, it would fix the issue.
But in Project64 1.6 Plus, the included "Jabo's D3D8 V1.6 Plus" does not fix the missing textures, and trying to use the 3DAnalyze method and loading any ROM would result in a crash.
Not sure how possible it would be to fix the issue, but it sure would be nice, Jabo's is most of the time the only option for low-end PC's to play N64 games while looking right.
