Most of these fixes were tested with https://github.com/Dillonb/n64-tests

Adds support for DADDI instruction
Adds integer overflow exceptions to: ADD, ADDI, SUB, DADD, DADDI, and DSUB (interpreter only)
Fixes SC, SRA, SRAV instructions (interpreter)
Fixes SRL, SRLV, DADD, DSUB, DSUBU, DSLL, DSRL, DSRA instructions (recompiler)
Ignores $r0 updates in recompiler

~~Hmmm, the integer overflow exceptions break Re-Volt. I'll have to work on those.~~

Easy fix. The overflow condition on subtraction instructions was the same as addition!
