No explanation is given on how to navigate the calendar view in UG #8

In the UG, it is not clear how to navigate the calendar view (ie to use the \< and \> buttons at the top), especially that this is a Typing-Preferred Project, and so clicking on GUI elements might not be so apparent. No explanation is given on how to read/use the calendar view or that the highlighted element is the current day.
