Touch event system

Hi guys. Did you miss me 😀? I'm coming with a big update! I guess many people expect that this game supports touch screens, but now it's not playable on devices without keyboard. I don't know how did you play on Android. So I tried to implement touch event system with simple gestures.

Changelog:

• Added TouchManager class with AbstaractRecognizers classes. Tap, press, swipe and joystick are support now. I hope everyone will be able to implement their own recognizer if they need.
• Added new page menu. You can find it on Help page. I tried to save game design style.

Now the game is playable on mobile devices. I'm not a mobile gaming fan. So if someone has better ideas how implement touchscreen controls please feel free to propose it.
