Describe requirements

US&R Branch Staff have brought it to our attention that the Points of Departure location for Task Forces needs to be verified. There have been some changes to warehouse locations in the past two years and we need to validate we have the correct locations.

Alternatives

Use the layer "as is" which might lead to some slight errors in the pre-calculated table.

Other Relevant Info

I am creating a VERY simple Survey123 for Task Force Program Managers to send us their current POD Location, due by the end of next week.

Priority impact

p1 - time sensitive

Impact

@cjonesroberts will have to re-run the pre-calculation table once this is updated!

We are using this Survey and this web map to track changes to the Task Force Locations

Survey https://arcg.is/0zTqye Web Map https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=00d935b6f30d48328987186a9047f09d

@cjonesroberts all 28 Task Forces have been updated on this layer https://fema.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=878fee12d43d4946894bdf3b3798ade4 (same layer that is in the DOT 2.0 Web Map).

Please proceed to re-run the Analysis and update the pre-calc table. If possible please have this completed by next Thursday so we can test and review the results. Let the whole team know when it is done.

Quick update - @cjonesroberts re-ran the tool, but it looks like somehow one task force (CA-TF3). Once Chris is back in the office he will re-run.

One minor issue with the positioning of Task Force locations - we will fix this now, just documenting for future reference.

@cjonesroberts I adjusted the location as you suggested, let us know if that does / does not work.

CJR re-ran the analysis and we now have all 28 Task Forces accounted for.
