Describe requirements
Previously the "NearMe" tool was renamed to the "Point of Arrival (POA)" Tool. The problem raised was that POA is also used for the "Point of Assembly" where Task Forces gather. This is the opposite of the point of arrival. So we need a short, intuitive name for the tool.
Alternatives
NearMe - Pro: Simplicity; this is what Esri calls it and will make it easier to align with documentation and Esri Support. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/configure-widgets/near-me-widget.htm Con: this is not necessarily intuitive as the person uses it may not be near the destination.
Destination Profile Tool / Destination Planning Tool (DPT) - Pro: Intuitive; you are using this for planning the destination of Task Forces and IST. Con: Is it too narrow of a focus? Is it intuitive when abbreviated on the screen?

If left as POA it could be confusing for the end user, so either way we need to change it. However, if we choose NearMe or DPT, there are no major impacts, just a matter of preference.
