FM 3.0 ExB Share Widget - does not include extent in the URL #23

Related to https://github.com/pjdohertygis/FireMappers/issues/20 Real-world Problem: When sharing a map, we often want to share it to a specific map extent to show a specific fire. This allows us to share "many maps" from one web app.

Technical Problem: This capability does not exist in Experience Builder.

Solution: We have been doing this since the release of Esri Public Information Template and this capability was included in Web App Builder.

It is a requested enhancement for the Share widget in ExB.
