I think that's the old survey. Looks familiar and is the same error I got on the discontinued survey when I didn't know it was updated. Try to send, bet it errors. New FM survey doesn't have an Inbox on my device. On our Home page in PC view the S123 link goes to the updated survey e7840,
But in mobile view it still links to the old discontinued survey a445a. Goes to "Sign in to NAPSG Foundation with" or if I'm logged into GISCorps I get:
I mentioned this before in Slack. To get the new survey on my device and when I replaced it was a clunky work around. I used mobile browser and logged into AGOL, then navigated to the FM group to get right FM survey. https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=99447445784e48dbb75e77d8682e7840 I had both on my old device. Also, when I had the old Survey on J7 Star, S123 got hung up on it every time I opened and had to uninstall S123 to get rid of the old FM survey.
I'm seeing this issue on Survey123 (3.16.87Beta)
