FM 2, 3, & 3 Media: Some FM crowdsource pop-up field have wrong link. #38

Seeing inconsistency in FM2 PIM pt Evac & agency links in the pop-up. Radford & Fairview evac ok both agency point to FM2 Mosquito evac & agency both point to FM2 GoatRocks Washington evac ok, agency FM2. Depending on which map you're in some of the agency pop-up links that go to FM will go to that version: ie FM2 to FM2, FM3 Media to FM3 Media. Goes w edit note below: #FireName in FM pop-up to link search in Twitter isn't working. Clicking on it shows an underline briefly like it's linked, but doesn't go to Twitter search. Edit to add fwd from Slack: "having trouble even constructing the popups in 2.0 the way they were before."

Crowdsource pt: Editing Mosquito fire FM pt brought it back onto PIM. Evac link: Taking out the El Dorado Co second evac URL resulted in the pop-up showing Placer evac link. Single evac link works, two goes to FM. This was reproducible. Agency link points to FM regardless if blank or URL edit or fidgeting. Camera link ok.

We are in the middle of a pop-up crisis. We do not have ANY pop-ups configured yet to point to 3.0 apps. We are working on it. So for now, they point to 2.0. 2.0 pop-ups exploded and I cannot fix, need @afackler to look into it.
