USNG is the coordinate notation standard and should be added to all data by default.

p1 - time sensitive

Impact

There is a risk that location may not be communicated correctly if this standard is note used.

In web forms, this does not appear to be an option through the GUI - let's get an enhancement request to the Survey123 Team.

This can be done in the XLSForm after exporting from the Web Designer, so we may just have to do this step manually for now.
