Wherever human interaction waypoints allow for additional data entry - we need to add the disclaimer or something similar (open to feedback).

"To protect privacy of individuals and ensure that data can be shared safely, do not enter personally identifiable information (PII) into this system. Write down relevant notes in a Follow-up Form and ensure proper handling of these records".
