CA-TF7 raised the issue of accountability with data collection. They don't use squad numbers per se. They prefer to see squad leaders and the data entry person (field observer?) name on the forms. BUT they recognize the issue this poses for filtering since no one can ever spell names or identifiers consistently.
We need a solution (or at least guidance?) for this as I am sure many others will have the same feedback.
