NSARGC / FEMA Squad Based logins

Currently each FEMA team has just two logins ops and tis.

• motf1_tis
• motf1_ops

This presents limitations:

• hard to tell who entered what data
• cannot use Tracker

In the future we would like to keep the original.

• motf1_tis - hosted from fema.maps.arcgis.com, publisher with data item editing capabilities, ArcGIS Pro license.
• motf1_ops - hosted from fema.maps.arcgis.com, with data editing capabilities (Intel Manager, etc).

and additional squad based logins

• motf1_ops1, ops2....ops10
• these logins would be hosted from the FEMA / NSARGC Hub
• field users only

CA-TF7 raised the issue of accountability with data collection. They don't use squad numbers per se. They prefer to see squad leaders and the data entry person (field observer?) name on the forms. BUT they recognize the issue this poses for filtering since no one can ever spell names or identifiers consistently.

We need a solution (or at least guidance?) for this as I am sure many others will have the same feedback.
