[ENH] ICS204 Autopopulated from SARCOP Data

Can we generate a report using Jupyter Notebooks to populate a word document / PDF that makes it easier to create ICS 204? Is there a widget that will do it?

IST - based on Branches / Divisions? Task Force - based on search segments?

I see now you can do this in SARTopo.

It fills out the form based on the "attributes"

Ideally, we leverage the attributes in our segment layer / division layer and the smart form.
