We have started working on an ArcGIS Pro Template, primarily to assist GISSers who need to make maps on incidents. It is based on the NWCG PMS 936 standard, but then points to US&R data, brings in HIFLD Open data, adds USNG Grids to map layouts, etc. https://fema.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=c046ff3e8fb243e0b9b8774e75f98a27

However, we need to expand on this approach (only partially built a few print templates so far).

Implemented and continuing to build on this as part of a larger project - In Planner.
