Survey123: Workflow for creating waypoint tally for ICS 209 #145

I think it would be helpful to create a short video, guide, or built-in documentation (goes with the .csv) for creating the waypoint tally that is typically provided from the Task Force up to IST with their ICS 209 (Situation Report / Incident Status Summary).

I know this same information is already available in Survey123 Results and Dashboards, but I believe the documentation will still be required.

Guessing we would need to update the table with the new waypoints and symbols image

@CLivingstone we do have screenshots in the slides already, maybe it is just a matter of pasting those into a tab in the csv and making it easier to find?

We also need to check with IST SITLs to find out if this other version of the ICS 209, which looks like a deployment-wide tally needs a job-aid and if the above is even necessary at a Task Force Level. See below.
