Search Segments: Add field for Population #173

10/29/21 - CO-TF1 raised the point that it would be ideal if search segments had a field for population.

If they use census blocks, block groups, tracts - this can be field matched on import. If they draw their own areas or USNG, this might requires some extra steps (geoenrichment, etc). Either way, a good idea!
