Create Intel Manager 2.0 - "Just in Time Training" Video #262

We will spend time over the winter documenting Intel Manager 2.0 workflows and replacing the original videos. The purpose of this video is to provide a "Just In Time" training for those who already know how to use Intel Manager 1.0 enough information to switch to Intel Manager 2.0.

@jdokemaps do you have an outline for this video in progress? Ideally we could get the "script" out to the Cadre with some feedback prior to recording.
