In Smart Editor, we use Copy features in a few key workflows including creating Search Segments from US Census area and Divisions from County Boundaries. This capability does not yet exist in Experience Builder.
Alternatives
We may be able to use Web Editor for this workflow, but we do have concerns about forcing users to switch apps and licensing requirements. Currently you can only copy one feature at a time from layer into another in Web Editor, but this will hopefully come with Batch Editing once implemented.
This is available in Web Editor now, however, you can only copy one feature at a time. In a later release they will allow for bulk copying between layers (need to work on the smart form interactions)
In theory, once it is implemented in Web Editor the ArcGIS Online Team could incorporate into the JavaScript / Core framework, which in theory could be implemented in the Experience Builder Edit widget – but this is not confirmed.
This remains a gap for Intel Manager 2.0. The only workaround now is Web Editor or keep using Intel Manager 1.0 (Web AppBuilder).
Which app?
Intel Manager 2.0 (Experience Builder)
