[ENH] - Experience Builder GRG Widget #287

Intel Manager 2.0 (Experience Builder)

Describe requirements

Intel Manager 2.0 does not have the Gridded Reference Graphic widget. This is a requirement for building collapse and other scenarios.

Alternatives

ArcGIS Pro or Web AppBuilder

Impact

It will limit our ability to deprecate Intel Manager 1.0.
