This is not supported in the Edit/Editor widget or in Forms on the web, and there are no clear plans for this right now.
@afackler @pjdohertygis For this case, it would be helpful if you were able to log an official Esri Support enhancement request with your detailed workflow, and you can also refer to similar functionality elsewhere as examples; such WAB Smart Editor, favorites and cached answers in S123, and reuse recent values in Field Maps.
An imperfect but potential workaround may be to use the filtered value as a default field value. You would need a user interface that first prompts the editor to choose values to filter (e.g. choose their team name first), which would filter a reference layer that is used to populate the calculated attributes automatically when editing features. This is not flawless and not as easy to setup as what we had in Smart Editor.

Adam or Emma -Let’s get an ArcGIS Idea and Enhancement request in for this.In the meantime, I guess turn off the requirement for these fields in the smart form for now.

For now, I removed the required field for team name, squad, and operator so that users don't get too frustrated making multiple edits. We can explore the solution Alix described above this winter where the end user chooses their Team Name but I don't think it is a full solution.
@emontague-napsg please create an ArcGIS Idea for this functionality gap.

Intel Manager 2.0 (Experience Builder)
Describe requirements
We want to be able to use "Presets" "Favorites "Project User Inputs" logic for reducing the need to enter the same information in multiple times for team name, squad, operator. With Smart Editor we had this capability. What is the best way to do this in newer editing framework? Arcade?

Alternatives
We could make the Team Name, Squad, and Operator not required information and rely on user only, but this is not idea.

Impact
This will trip up our users pretty quickly when they have to enter multiple points.
