Use Power Automate to create a real-time Task Force Contact List from Team Fact Sheet. It should include only:

• Deployed Teams
• Delete This = No
• Only the latest entry (aka TopQuery)

The Contact List should be easily accessible by ResponseSystem.org members and easily formatted into a SharePoint List for bonus points.

Alternatives

Create SharePoint List from the raw data and use built-in functionality to achieve this Contact List approach.
