[ENH] - Create and update SharePoint Lists from Team Fact Sheet #311

Describe requirements

Team Fact Sheet is a great way to pull in contact information, status, and location of Task Forces. However, the FEMA Incident Support Team would like to leverage SharePoint Lists for a "T-Card" System.

The idea is Team Fact Sheet entries would create a "T-Card" when filled out. Ideally if points of contact or other information changes, it updates on the SharePoint List as well.

So far we have been able to get Survey123 entries to create cards in a SharePoint list via https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/automating-workflows-with-survey123-and-microsoft/ba-p/896149

We have seen people use Trello and Planner for this.

Other Relevant Info

There are resources in the T-Card Board that are not Task Forces and would not be filling out the Team Fact Sheet. Therefore, there may be multiple ways to create a T-Card.

p0 - not time sensitive

Impact

This is something that would save the IST Resource Leader many hours of work on an incident.
