Survey123 Favorites - Workflow overhaul #70

Esri is working on refining how the Survey123 Favorites are created - but I am adding the issue here for tracking progress and feedback. This has come up as an enhancement on nearly every training and incident.

The end-user would prefer to only enter answers to certain questions one time for the entire day. For example, team name, squad leader, operational period, search type.

The GIS/TIS would prefer to designate certain questions for caching (similar to the web designer experience) in advance so the end user does not have to configure anything.

"Consider using cached answers for Event Details part of form: Team, Squad, Name, Search Type. Favorite answers require two extra gestures per survey to populate these fields, where cached answers wouldn't require any extra work after the first survey."

This caused confusion for AZ-TF1 as well, they assumed that you would just click Save as Favorites and did not realize you would need to "Save in Drafts". After we sent instructions they understood how to do this, but it was not intuitive and requires an extra step.
