Using on new MacBook Pro. It seems the only way to record is to select WavTap for both Input and Output in system sound preferences. This means no ability to monitor. Is this OS 10.8 deliberately thwarting your fine work and the ability to freely record on my hard-earned hardware?

Thanks for all your work!
