Low-level dreamwalker weapon #116

The idea of a low-level dreamwalker-specific weapon is nice; the dreamcatchers are hard to produce, and it would be cool for dreamwalkers to have something intermediate.

I'm thinking something with mild buff effects, so a staff made of wood (and hence poor in combat) but which grants healing/bravery/whatever reactions as greeting buffs. Alternatively it could be an off-hand weapon which could be wielded instead of a shield.

I'm not sure how to make these dreamwalker only. I haven't see how the current dreamwalker-only weapons are done.

Ask Meph, he knows how smake did the wraithblades and stuff I think...
