It appears that the Ironhand tileset that's been included is a very old version that doesn't have minecarts, wheelbarrows, tracks, etc.
Someone has fixed it up (http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=6307) but it apparently wasn't ever integrated into masterwork.
