Set organic materials to be damaged by cold #151

Changed various organics COLDDAM_POINT from absurdly low values to the vanilla value of 9900. However the following materials in material_template_masterwork.txt might need lowered again or even set to zero: CLEANED_FUR_TEMPLATE (supposed to protect from cold) STEEL_CRATE_TEMPLATE BLUEPRINT_TEMPLATE HYDRAULIC_TEMPLATE OIL_TEMPLATE And in inorganic_zmasterwork.txt: LANDMINE_TEMPLATE

This might need more testing on the knock on consequences. Currently having problems generating cold worlds with these changes.
