creature_standard.txt in the graphics packs still have:

APPLY_CREATURE_VARIATION:HAS_INFLUENZA APPLY_CREATURE_VARIATION:HAS_MENINGITIS APPLY_CREATURE_VARIATION:HAS_PNEUMONITIS

which have been removed in the default file.
