Musical instruments are inconsistent #94

All instruments have [HARD_MAT] tags, except tambourines. This might be intentional, but it's probably not.

What's more, accordions and bagpipes have a HARD_MAT requirement, which definitely seems wrong. Mind you, orcs seem to fashion bagpipes entirely out of bone... o_O
