Create a wiring scheme loader

At the moment, wiring is done in source code. This task consists in:

• separating the hardware model from the socket connection (required for the editor to be able to deal with the model independently from the hardware)
• creating a file format for describing the wiring both semantically and graphically
• create a loader for wiring configurations (some of the examples could be rewritten using it)
