Hello @pjgreer I have a question unrelated to your code, but maybe you can help me...I'm getting cp: cannot stat '/mnt/project/Bulk/Genotype Results/Genotype calls/ukb22418_c22_b0_v2': No such file or directory when running some of the code. I'm not sure how to look for the path these files are stored in my project folder. When I go to the RAP system and look for one of those files and then copy the path in the right handed panel I get something like this project-G6x0BXQJZXy7x1zQPBP8J7zf:/Bulk/Genotype Results/Genotype calls/ How do I know which path do I have to enter in my script?
