Unable to set myself as owner or any other rank.

Hi, I can't set my self to owner. When i try to add myself using "ev rank 
yourname owner" i get the message "You are not allowed to do that".

i use revision 177 and my OS is Windows 7

This is what i get ingame in the console.

That's because you're trying to run it clientside. What kind of server do you 
use? Listen or dedicated?

Fixed. I used rcon to set myself as owner.
